For 16 years, Terry Wygal was what most people would consider to be the quintessential American success story. With only a high school diploma to his name, he clawed his way to the top of the corporate ladder to become the Regional Loss Prevention Manager of a major firm for over 150 stores with sales right at half a billion a year. The price of that success, however, was a murderously demanding job and long hours spent away from his family. Regretting the sacrifice the job imposed on his family life, Terry Wygal took a bold leap of faith and quit his high-paying, high-stress corporate job in April of 2000 to become a full-time real estate investor. He has since bought and sold over 350 houses, establishing him as an expert in the real estate field and earning him a solid reputation in the Houston real estate investment community, as well as the respect and friendship of many of the top national real estate investment experts, such as William Tingle, Scott Rister, Steve Cook, John Hyre and William Bronchick. Over the past 2 years, Terry Wygal has successfully mentored up-and-coming investors. Last year, 5 of his students went full time with two of them earning over 100K. As a wholesale and Sub To Expert, Terry Wygal most recently put on a seminar teaching 110 attendees how to buy houses even if they have no cash, no credit or are even facing bankruptcy themselves. His wholesale methods proved so successful that three of his students wholesaled houses that netted them over $20,000 last year without ever touching the house or coming out of pocket for any expenses. Terry Wygal is the author of the book, "7 Fatal Mistakes That Every Investor Makes that can Kill Your Real Estate Investing Business" and has been featured on the radio program Real Estate Riches and was a feature case study in the book "The Art of Leverage 2." Terry Wygal has been on several different radio shows and has interviewed nationally known real estate investing experts such as Donald Trumps "The Apprentice" winner Kendra Todd, A&E's "Flip This House" star Armando Montelongo, Gerald Romine, Charrissa Cawley, Bill Twyford, Dave Whisnant, Darius M. Barazadeh, and Internationally known motivational speaker Vic Johnson. In his spare time, Terry Wygal serves as captain of a volunteer firefighter unit in Houston, Texas where he resides with his wife and 3 children and remains an active real estate investor, purchasing 20 to 25 properties a year.
