So - The economy stinks huh?
I
keep hearing that - and my friends are losing their jobs. Ot
they keep getting their pay reduced.
Or they are losing benefits - health insurance etc.
The question truly becomes - what are you doing today - to STOP the
hemorrhage that is taking place in your life?
Have you given up - or are you taking steps to say Flip the
Recession - I am going to Live My Life.
There
were several times this past 2 weeks that I thought my Mom was at the
end of the line - but that Cajun spirit stood tall and firm and as I
write this she has bounced back stronger than ever.
Most of you know that she has cancer - still doing Chemo - still
fighting - still winning - never giving up.
And yet - somewhere deep inside I was deathly afraid she would not make
it this far.
So
for her to still be here - for y'all to continue to share in your
prayers and wishes... your own stories of survival and yes... even
remedies - :-)
I say thank you for being a part of my world.
And
- I hope that gives you the strenght to continue YOUR fight to
financial freedom.

So I held a little survey and asked y'all
several questions and man was I shocked with the news.
You guys want a LOT
man... and you don't want to give a lot for it.
;-)
You like step by step
instructions.
You want me to understand
that you have full time jobs and there are only so many
hours in a day.
You are fed up of being
asked to Hop on one leg, jump up and down 10 times
spinning in the air clucking like a chicken to make things work.
Guess what guys - there
is still much to be done to get to that point.
Take this story for example:
The story from Klaus,
"Hello Terry,
I
have spend probably a few thousand dollars over the last few years in
seminars and Website Acceleration Scams without any success. So I was
somehow hesitant to buy into your seminar, but since it was a live
online seminar, I thought what the heck. I need to say, it was probably
the best investment I have made in a internet seminar in my live.
I
am the broker of a Real Estate Auction company and we usually get our
leads from referrals, agents or cold calling. We do have a very nice
website as well, but it is not a lead generator and more geared toward
supporting buyers, which look the site up by our name. Therefore we
have never received a lead from the page. Heck, if you Google our
company name the site didn't even come up on the first page. This all
has changed since I started implemented what I learned from you.
After
the second call, so not even one week after the seminar
started,
we covered the entire first page of Google if you just googled our name
and its still that way. Not a big deal some would say, but I only
started signing us up on different social markers and stuff you gave us
as homework.
On the second
week, I got my first lead through our website.
A
seller lead, which worked out to be a very good one. Unbelievable.. It
made me rethink my entire strategy of advertising and we are changing
everything. I mean literally everything. We are expanding into South
Florida and due to some legal license requirements things go a little
slower, but I will keep you updated on our progress and I am sure we
will control our competition on Google.
And
you may gave me the hint to get our company to the next
level.

Now
- Klaus had been trying and trying - and you know what - it all came
down to he had to find the right teacher - Period. It took him about 2 weeks

What The Heck Is Up With These
Launches??!!
So
everyone is hopping up and down trying to figure out how to be deal
with the housing situation we are in. How can we best make
money
on it or better yet - have someone do it for us.
I get that - it is tough to choose sometimes.
Short sales - Probate - Rentals - Commercial - REO's?
The list goes on and on man. To be
honest - I even get confused.
The real question becomes - What Do You Want To Do?
What floats your boat? What gets you all Hot and Bothered
when you think about REI?
One
of the reasons that there are so many "newbie" trainers out there is
because there is so many ways to invest in real estate - let's face it
- some ways are not
meant for everyone... OOHHHH I said it - smack
me on the wrist but it is true.
Take for instance Jeff

Now, I have no idea if REO investing is for you or not -
but there is only one way to find out - see what he has to say and then
make an intelligent decision.
Now Jeff is NOT a Newbie trainer in any way shape or form - he has been
around the block and has
trained THOUSANDS - but is his REO training for you?
You know - there are only so many hours in a day - you made that clear
in the survey we mentioned - but
what
if this were THE Way that was going to break you free of
the chains that are holding you down right now?
Would you kick yourself in the head if you found out later
it were?
Here is what I want you to do -
1. Take a quick look at the videos or emails when
someone suggests them to you.
2. See if it is a topic you understand - or want to get to
know better. Give it the 10 Second Rule - if it
grabs your attention in 10 Seconds - continue on'
3. If it does not - Move on. Hit Delete on the email!
Don't
whine and moan and groan about several people sending you the same
email. The same TV commercials show on different stations -
and
if you didn't happen to see the one that was on FOX you would be happy
to see the one on ABC.
4. If it is - then
learn more
- there are golden nuggets in the training videos that may resurface in
your head when you need it the most - even if you don't buy the course!
I learn a lot from all kinds of training videos but I don't
buy
every single course out there.
5. Implement some of the little thoughts and
training ideas - if they work - then BOOM go see how
if this is the guy you want training you.
If they turn you on - snuggle a little closer - maybe even pick up the
course.
6. If you pick up the training program - Implement all of it!
Not just parts of it - see if the whole thing work for you or
not!
7.
Most of all - understand that just like everyone else - it
does
not matter who is offering you what - they have to feed their kids and
family - just like you do. If you go to college
you pay a hell of a lot to get that degree.
Some of the training that is being taught today equals a 4 year degree
given to you in a matter of weeks!
So
do not begrudge someone sending you a message about something that just
might change your life. You might actually thank them someday.
Kind
of like Klaus thanked me above there is no telling how many thousands
of dollars he spent on other courses until he found mine.
